This was not a fanzine, but rather a catalogue featuring lists of available Bob Dylan books for mail order.
Dave Dingle and Dave Heath started this when they took over the running of what was The Wanted Man Bookshelf.
Dylan book selling began with the Wanted Man Bookshelf, via The Telegraph fanzine (run as part of The Telegraph). The two Daves then formed their own company, "My Back Pages". They ran this for many years until the service was taken over by ISIS.
My Back Pages also ran several Dylan Conventions.
